Overview
A game of wits and cunning, stealth and strategy. A game in which you feel as if you are the lead role in action-packed fantasy movie! The game is very similar to Paintball, but absolutely safe and non traumatic! Laser tag is generally an indoor game where you can play in teams or one-on-one in a pre-built (static) arena. The equipment used consists of:
A PACK/ VEST
The pack is a small harness that each participant has to wear. Whenever a sensor is hit (sensors and speakers are installed within each harness), the pack vibrates and signals with colors and sounds to immerse even more the gamers included. At the end, all the scores are transferred into a computer system which shows who was triumphant.
A GUN
Each gamer is given a gun, which emits laser beams. The lasers used in this game are completely harmless. In fact, they are less powerful than the signal, which comes out of your TV remote control.
THE ARENA
The multicolored and hazy arena feels like a maze in which the gamer must make his way around walls, obstacles, and his own friends to get the most points.
GAME PLAY
When you come to play your game, the marshal (person overseeing the game) will explain how to put on your pack and how to use the gun properly. He will also issue a verbal set of rules. I can tell you the most important one now:
NO RUNNING
If you are running you triple your chance of injury and endanger your fellow players. Other rules include:
NO CLIMBING
NO PHYSICAL CONTACT
These are for your safety, so please follow them. Once your briefing is complete you will be allowed to enter the arena. This is where you will need your wits and cunning and your stealth and strategy to outwit your fellow players.
Each game duration is 10 minutes (15 minutes including briefing)
